Channel 4’s Restoration Man programme is again seeking properties that are shortly to be granted planning permission or have been granted permission in the last three months or so for renovation, where the owners maybe interested in participating in the programme.
They are looking for unusual and historic buildings throughout the UK that are being restored or converted into a domestic dwelling and, specifically, for owners who aren’t property developers, and who are restoring the building as their own home or for use as a holiday home for themselves.
