Titanic Belfast and the Odyssey Pavilion are both set to undergo fresh expansion according to new plans reported on by the Belfast Telegraph.
Titanic Belfast is planning to expand its popular tourist attraction in a bid to grow its conferencing business. It’s due to add a single storey extension to pavilions three and four, which sit just outside the main building. That will also include a change of use, from retail to conferencing facilities, as well as building a new entrance and ‘external events area’, new plans show.
The buildings, which are currently separate, would be extended and connected to each other. It’s the first significant redevelopment of the Titanic Belfast site in several years…
Meanwhile, the Odyssey Pavilion is planning an upgrade of the centre, including a new entrance. Plans show it’s due to extend and reconfigure the ground and first floor units, including alterations to the southern facade, add new external seating and upgrade the main public area at the front of the building…
