Hudson Heritage Awards 2017 – winners revealed

Penelope, Viscountess Cobham, CBE, chairman of VisitEngland, presented the awards at Goldsmiths Hall in London on 14 March.

The 10 categories reward a range of visitor experiences and recognise the best heritage attractions in the whole of the UK. Winners and Highly Commended were awarded in each category. Stonehenge (English Heritage) in Wiltshire was awarded a Special Award for Heritage Achievement. Stonehenge was singled out in recognition of the work of the English Heritage in re-interpreting and representing this iconic World Heritage Site.
