An online news service ‘Get West London’ has reported on the latest use of enforcement powers in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council (RBKC), noting that the most recent issue of a section 215 notice on an unlisted building, next to a listed building and near two conservation areas brings their use of such powers to 50 notices in the last two years.
