The IHBC has launched a consultation on its draft Corporate Strategy 2010-15, outlining how it might move forward over the next five years.
Seán O’Reilly, IHBC Director, said: “We’ve consulted extensively within and outside our institute, looking both at our current situation and forward planning. Following our work, we’ve come up with proposals that we think can build on our substantial infrastructure and our more recent successes, as well as give focus to our future. We’re now looking for thoughts about these proposals, and of course more concrete suggestions.
The document is, largely, self-explanatory, but doesn’t even attempt to provide all the ideas or details – that will be for our Corporate Plan. Everyone will have some questions of course, and queries needing answers can be directed to my e-mail address: director@ihbc.org.uk.
