IHBC consultation responds to ‘Supporting defence infrastructure and the future of time-limited permitted development rights’

The IHBC has submitted its response to the dual consultation on supporting defence infrastructure through new permitted development rights (PDRs) and on the future of time-limited PDRs for temporary structures etc., previously introduced as a temporary measure.
