Wales: Update on changes in LPA and LBC Regulations
Wales announces a change in Regulations concerning Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) and Listed Building Consent (LBC), including that LPA s need not apply to Ministers for LBC, but must notify them if minded to grant it.
