Three major surveys of relevant professional activities in England are being undertaken at present, each of which provides IHBC members and practitioners with important opportunities to raise the profile of conservation in sustainable development, development economics and local authorities.<\/p>\n
The first two surveys do not register conservation to a degree that reflects its importance to their respective themes. \u00a0To help improve them for the future, and as your Christmas present to the IHBC, please take a few moments to fill them out and input conservation perspectives where you see fit.<\/p>\n
1) Arup, for HCA are developing market intelligence focussed on individuals and organisations working across the spectrum of professions involved in creating and maintaining sustainable communities.<\/p>\n
