In the last update on tenders for members of the IHBC\u2019s business listing, HESPR, disclosed values alone approached \u00a317,000,000 worth of works, so can you afford to ignore the attractions of HESPR when these near-weekly updates now cover opportunities that range from desk studies to surveying and managing modernist concrete buildings, or community education in archaeology and the built environment?<\/span><\/p>\n

IHBC Director Sean O’Reilly said: \u2018IHBC full members, whether working for themselves as a small business, as a sole trader or even as part of a larger consultancy, may well benefit from submitting their business for listing on HESPR.\u00a0 In case you don\u2019t already know, HESPR is a conservation business directory for IHBC-linked practices and a main plank in the IHBC\u2019s support for private sector members. Our \u2018Historic Environment Service Provider\u2019s Register\u2019 – called HESPR \u2013 lists business members that can take advantage of benefits including regular reports on potentially relevant tender opportunities, as noted above, as well as an annual free job advertisement (worth up to \u00a3400+ VAT) and the IHBC\u2019s wider promotion of the HESPR initiative, including a formal business listing in the IHBC\u2019s Yearbook<\/em>.\u2019\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018Most recently, HESPR members have been supported by dedicated email alerts of the latest tenders and consultancy opportunities relating to conservation and heritage works across a range of relevant disciplines, including architecture (including new work in historic areas); archaeology; construction; planning; surveying; research; urban design; education and other areas of potential interest such as heritage interpretation and museum and archive studies.\u2019<\/p>\n
