{"id":8743,"date":"2014-10-15T16:08:05","date_gmt":"2014-10-15T15:08:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ihbconline.co.uk\/newsachive\/?p=8743"},"modified":"2014-10-15T16:08:22","modified_gmt":"2014-10-15T15:08:22","slug":"ihbcs-2nd-%e2%80%8bconservation-course-connection-day-4-nov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsblogs.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=8743","title":{"rendered":"IHBC&#8217;s 2nd conservation course connection day: 4 Nov\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">To help develop conservation skills at all levels, the IHBC now hosts annual ?and ?free \u2018course connection days&#8217; for students representing relevant UK conservation courses, with the IHBC paying student travel costs as well, so to make sure your course is represented at our next course connection day on 4 November in Birmingham, check with your course director, or get them to contact the IHBC\u2019s director, Sean O\u2019Reilly, at<\/span> <a href=\"mailto:director@ihbc.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\">director@ihbc.org.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>IHBC Director Se\u00e1n O\u2019Reilly said: \u2018Our next connection day is on 4 November in Birmingham so if you are interested in going along, or would like to make sure your course is represented there, do check with your course director or ask them to get in touch with me to explore this unique learning and networking opportunity.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u2018And remember, it&#8217;s not just for students on the IHBC&#8217;s recognised courses (see our web site for those details at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ihbc.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\">www.ihbc.org.uk<\/a>) but for any courses with sufficient built and historic environment conservation content.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u2018The UK\u2019s conservation courses are renowned globally for their conservation standards, and we\u2019re keen to do all we can to support them.
