These meetings proved to be valuable, however, it became apparent that business processes should be streamlined in several areas prior to making a move to another provider\u2019 (p.24)<\/p>\n<p>The \u2018Vanguard approach\u2019 to management is now being used \u2018looking at processes from the customer\u2019s point of view.<\/p>\n<p>PINS also reports a positive review of the year 2013\/14:<br \/>\nYet again, we met or exceeded all of our key performance measures in both England and Wales, and 88% of appeals complied with the Planning Guarantee.
