The sites will provide around 70 plots for new homes and will add to the 130 plots which are already being made available under a Government commitment to free up land for those looking to build their own homes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The sites which will be marketed for development by the HCA on formerly-used public sector land are:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 Urban Pioneers, Middlehaven<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 Oxley Park, Milton Keynes<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 Pound Lane South, Basildon<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 Lightmoor Village, Telford<\/p>\n<p>The Government is also looking to run a pilot project on a further public land site which will test the workability and benefits of disposing serviced building plots on a larger scale.
