Clear, simple, logical and uncluttered? Well, today its name is Webstarter and the future starts <a href=\"http:\/\/ihbconline.co.uk\/webstarter\/\" target=\"_blank\">HERE<\/a>.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>IHBC\u2019s IT adviser Peter Badcock said: \u2018We are leading the way again, as we have done it in the latest standards of &#8216;responsive&#8217; styling that many will be familiar with from the award winning \u2018.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">gov\u2019<\/span> site. Here the layout automatically alters to fit various screen sizes, negating the need for separate mobile and desktop sites, and it\u2019s easier to update as well, saving management costs.\u00a0 You can test it by viewing on tablets and phones or just viewing on a desktop and narrowing the browser window to see how it changes.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Current thinking is for flat panels of colour, rather than gradients and shadows. The boxes used can have images as alternatives to text for this or future iterations of the main site and our other sites.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>IHBC Director Se\u00e1n O\u2019Reilly said: \u2018The WebStarter resource was launched last year as a way to offer easy access to users unfamiliar with the vast range of support carried across the IHBC\u2019s 30,000 or so web pages.
