{"id":5757,"date":"2013-05-03T16:48:08","date_gmt":"2013-05-03T16:48:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ihbconline.co.uk\/newsachive\/?p=5757"},"modified":"2013-05-04T17:01:28","modified_gmt":"2013-05-04T17:01:28","slug":"trumps-anti-wind-trump-trumped","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsblogs.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=5757","title":{"rendered":"Trump&#8217;s anti-wind trump trumped"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">An anti-wind farm advert sanctioned by the Trump Organisation was misleading, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ruled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>US businessman Donald Trump, who has a golf development in Aberdeenshire, opposes wind farms and is challenging the Scottish Government&#8217;s decision to grant planning permission for a wind farm off the Aberdeenshire coast.<\/p>\n<p>The adverts, published last December, claimed tourism would suffer with turbines being put up.
