{"id":5423,"date":"2013-02-15T15:16:24","date_gmt":"2013-02-15T15:16:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ihbconline.co.uk\/newsachive\/?p=5423"},"modified":"2013-02-15T15:16:24","modified_gmt":"2013-02-15T15:16:24","slug":"parts-of-industry-unite-to-revise-design-review","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsblogs.ihbc.org.uk\/?p=5423","title":{"rendered":"Parts of industry unite to revise \u2018design review\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Cabe team at the Design Council, the Landscape Institute, the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Royal Institute of Architects (RIBA) have joined forces to produce an update to the widely acknowledged, industry standard guidance on delivering best practice Design Review; \u2018Design Review, Principles and Practice\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Design Council writes<\/span>:<br \/>\nThe publication of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) in 2012 re-iterated and reinforced the role of Design Review in ensuring high standards of design.
