Since its inception, the Watch has incorporated 686 sites in 132 countries around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone can nominate a site to be considered for the Watch, from private individuals and representatives of government agencies to educational institutions and not-for-profits.<\/p>\n<p>Sites are evaluated on the basis of global significance, the urgency of the conditions and the viability of any plan of action in place.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For more information and to nominate see<\/span>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wmf.org\/content\/nomination-guidelines\" target=\"_blank\">LINK<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The World Monument Fund is inviting nominations for the 2014 World Monuments watch, due by March 2013.
