Opened in 1878\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026 heritage campaign group The HRE Group argued that permitted development rights do not apply if a structure became unsafe through poor maintenance but can still be repaired..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;.
