For a small community like ours, this will make a huge difference. We\u2019re so grateful to Certas Energy for this opportunity and for supporting us to get this far.\u2019..,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026 The Gas House, a distinctive stone tower in Balfour Village, has stood as a local landmark for generations.
