As usual, bursaries are allocated on the basis of personal statements of relevance and need. Applicants must be existing IHBC Members and can apply for either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a Full School bursary: a residential delegate place from Thursday to Saturday, plus up to \u00a3100 towards travel expenses; <strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a Day School bursary: a delegate place plus up to \u00a3100 towards travel and accommodation expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terms and conditions apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications are quick to submit using the online form on the Annual School Bursaries webpage. The initial <strong>closing date is 1 February<\/strong>, which may be extended if any bursaries have not been allocated. Decisions on applications received by 1 February will be made by 1 March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Annual School offers a rich and varied programme designed to inform, inspire and support your CPD:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Thursday 10 June:<\/strong> CPD Study Tours around Bristol, exploring significant buildings and places with a focus on this year\u2019s theme, followed by a <strong>Welcome Reception<\/strong> at the SS Great Britain, Bristol Historic Dockyard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Friday 11 June:<\/strong> the <strong>Day School<\/strong> at Lantern Hall, Bristol Beacon, a Grade II listed venue in the heart of the city, with a diverse programme of speakers and discussions on emerging research and new perspectives on climate change and significance. Attend in person or online. The day closes with the <strong>Annual School Dinner and Student Award presentations<\/strong> in the Palm Court of the Grade II listed Marriott Bristol Royal, a Victorian architectural masterpiece.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saturday 12 June:<\/strong> further CPD Tours for in person Full School delegates, including neighbouring Bath and Birnbeck Pier in Weston-super-Mare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Booking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Booking for the Annual School opens in February 2027, with residential and non-residential Full School options and Day School packages both in person and online.
