However, for the individual practitioner, what matters is their ability to make effective and relevant personal decisions as part of the project team.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018From a conservation accreditation perspective, it is these individual decisions and contributions that matter.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018Consequently, Conservation Scheme Assessors look for applicants to provide clear information about what \u2018I did\u2019 in their written submissions. This latest \u2018Developing Personal Competencies \u2013 Insight 2\u2019 volume from COTAC aims to promote a better understanding of what is relevant when compiling and submitting an individual application as part of the process towards achieving peer-reviewed accredited or certified conservation status.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COTAC writes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Insight 2 \u2018Developing Personal Competences\u2019 supplementary volume aims to support a range of individuals develop their competencies in effective decision-making in the field of practical conservation work.
