It deals with proposals on what reformed Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) will measure and when EPCs will be required. A further response, covering the remaining parts of the consultation on Display Energy Certificate (DEC) validity periods, EPC and DEC data, managing EPC quality, air conditioning inspection reports (ACIRs), and additional questions will be published in 2026.
