The city has done this once before..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charlottetown city council voted 8-2 on April 9 to start the process of making 10 Prince St. a permanent heritage asset\u2026. the homeowners brought a lawyer and principal from Coles Associates Ltd.
