Historic Environment Scotland states that the \u2018best-preserved broch in Scotland\u2019 was built in Shetland around 300BC&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026 CBP noted that Caithness has \u2018a higher concentration of broch sites than any other area in Scotland and we should use this fact to tell our distinctive story\u2026.
