Having attended and assisted with previous events, I can testify to their value in \u2018demystifying\u2019 IHBC accreditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018And we\u2019re really delighted progress this \u2018piloting\u2019 stage in the streamlining of our accreditation application forms, while also taking feedback \u2018from the coal face\u2019 as we guide applicants through our unique assessment processes.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018These and wider developments in our support for IHBC accreditation will help extend the IHBC\u2019s reach, networks, profile and impacts, all especially as we break new ground for your Institute.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IHBC Membership Secretary Andrew Shepherd said: \u2018Our Membership and Ethics Committee has been working hard to refine, and clarify the accreditation forms, and these MATEs are a great chance for ALL members to feed into the process.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018As we extend the exercise into 2025, our MATE sessions will not only guide applicants on accreditation, but also welcome our accredited members (Full, Associate and Retired).&nbsp; As well as offering critical CPD updates, our accredited members will enhance this part of the process by contributing their own personal skills, knowledge and experience.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IHBC Director Se\u00e1n O\u2019Reilly said: \u2018Refined forms for applicants are the headline focus of the IHBC\u2019s evolving MATE service.&nbsp; However we\u2019ll also include and review extended guidance and resources.&nbsp; Alongside all that, we are also developing our pool of MATE session options for Branches and other users.&nbsp; This centres on developing a suite of quality-assured \u2013 and paid \u2013&nbsp;
