The 153-year-old A-listing building, designed by famed Glasgow architect Alexander \u2018Greek\u2019 Thomson, is mostly derelict\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now a Glasgow City Council committee has approved an investigation period for the use of a compulsory purchase order (CPO)\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deadline for any proposals to be submitted under the council\u2019s decision is October 17.
