For all those who are baffled as to how the UK government will meet its target of building 1.5 new homes during its five-year life, a form of enlightenment may come from the latest statistics provided by Homes England, which supposedly \u2018delivers\u2019 new homes across the country\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HE\u2019s [Homes England] latest triumphalist Press Release states that provisional figures for 2024\/25 show that the organization has \u2018surpassed\u2019 its annual targets for new homes started, completed and \u2018unlocked\u2019 as the result of, for example, site purchases.
