Your input\u2014whether you\u2019re thriving, struggling, or somewhere in between\u2014will provide valuable insights to inform future strategies, support, and initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The survey was first introduced at the IHBC Council meeting on 24 March, following a discussion sparked by a member\u2019s candid account of how workplace stress had seriously impacted their health. It highlighted an urgent need to better understand the challenges facing heritage sector staff and volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angharad Hart, IHBC\u2019s Education Officer, commented:\u2018We know that the wellbeing of those working and volunteering in heritage is vital to the sector\u2019s sustainability and success. This survey offers an important opportunity to gather real-world insights and shape future responses that support the people at the heart of our sector.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018I encourage everyone\u2014regardless of how you currently feel\u2014to take part.
