We only need one respondent per LPA and the deadline to submit the form is 31<sup> <\/sup>January 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/e\/7KarMNu4RG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Access the survey for LPAs with a local list<\/a> (you\u2019ll need some basic information about your local list to complete this, such as how many buildings or other assets there are, and it will take up to 15 minutes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/e\/Z53uEK0SUL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Access the survey for LPAs without a local list<\/a> (this form should take no more than 5 minutes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019d like to thank you in advance for participating.
