Uploaded by oxyman, CC BY 2.0<\/sub><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The owner of Southend\u2019s landmark Grade II Kursaal building was threatened with enforcement action and ordered to carry out urgent repairs, it has been revealed, reports the <em>Basildon Canvey Southend Echo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><em>The Basildon Canvey Southend Echo<\/em> writes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026 a London-based property group\u2026 has come under fire for \u2018failing to maintain\u2019 the building and it has now been revealed the council.. is\u2026 threatening enforcement action.
