The IHBC has circulated a new \u2018IHBC Branch Committee Bulletin, from the IHBC\u2019s Director\u2019,<\/em> to update committees on strategic developments, so if you are keen to find out more on any points below, just check in with your Branch Officers.<\/h3>\n

Branch support: New post advertised
<\/strong>You may have noticed we’re advertising for a\u2026 support service\u2026 customised to offer more strategic admin, comms and IT support\u2026 Please feel free to circulate, promote and encourage candidates either direct or on social media posts.<\/p>\n

IHBC School developments: Sponsor funding<\/a><\/strong> for Branch events linked to 2025 School theme, ‘Context’
<\/strong>\u2026 As we extend and refine the new School format, we also want to extend and diversify access to the learning\u2026<\/p>\n

Helpfully, our 2024 and 2025 School Reception sponsor, Velux, has agreed to financially support local Branch events that can link – direct or tangentially – to the School theme, with of course an opportunity for them to discuss their products\u2026<\/p>\n

This is an experimental initiative\u2026 so please let me know if you are interested\u2026<\/p>\n

Branch Connection online confab: New plans with suggestions sought
<\/strong>We are also looking at another accessible online ‘Branch Connection’ event, likely in the coming months, to help learning across Branches.\u00a0 If you have any thoughts or suggestions let myself, Fiona or Angharad know\u2026<\/p>\n

<\/u>These are just a few of the new developments we will highlight to all Branch Committees in future Bulletins<\/em>, but of course our news service and linked publications will carry the most up-to-date information, so please do keep up to date using those.<\/p>\n
