Please email: development@spab.org.uk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Early-career craftspeople and builders who are new to their trades (formally engaged with their trade for a maximum of five years in 2024)<\/li>\n<li>Craftspeople working with historic buildings and traditional materials<\/li>\n<li>Craftspeople working with traditional forms of construction or in a related craft<\/li>\n<li>Traditional forms of construction include bricklayers, stonemasons, roofers, carpenters, joiners, framers, plasterers, earth builders, glaziers or conservation builders<\/li>\n<li>Related crafts include blacksmithing, signwriting, gilding, bell founding, bell hanging, clock making, leadworking or wallpaper printing<\/li>\n<li>Craftspeople must be practicing in the UK and\/or Republic of Ireland (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to enter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please enter via the online form. We need to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your name<\/li>\n<li>The name of the craftsperson you are nominating<\/li>\n<li>How they meet the criteria above<\/li>\n<li>Why you think this craftsperson deserves this Award<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You need to include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of three and a maximum of six high-resolution images (JPGs or PNGs) that show the craftsperson and their craft (300dpi minimum)<\/li>\n<li>Image credits and description saved in the file names, e.g. \u2018Philip Webb doing lime plastering \u00a9 William Morris\u2019<\/li>\n<li>You must have the photographer\u2019s permission to submit these images<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All Awards are free to enter.
