In November 2021 Westminster council granted planning for the redevelopment of two major department stores on London\u2019s Oxford Street. The plans for the first, Marks & Spencer, involved demolishing three interlinked buildings\u2026.<\/p>\n

Plans for the second, the former House of Fraser half a mile to the east\u2026 most of the building\u2019s existing structure and facade would be retained.<\/p>\n
