INTO writes:<\/p>\n

12 case studies from the participants in the SEECHT project (Staff Exchanges in European Cultural Heritage Trusts), form the toolkit. Under four themes relevant to many of our members\u2019 organisations, the studies give practical tips for opening our heritage to wider audiences.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re proud to share these ideas that open doors to heritage across Europe, so that everyone is welcome to enjoy history, beauty and nature on their doorstep.<\/p>\n

Secondments<\/h2>\n

The SEECHT project gave staff and volunteers at INTO member organisations the opportunity to undertake mini secondments with other trusts in the network. Thank you to Erasmus+ for supporting this project.<\/p>\n

How to use this toolkit<\/h2>\n

Broadening access is a wide subject and can cross over between multiple areas of the visitor business, strategy and development of a heritage organisation.<\/p>\n

To ensure this learning is accessible and benefits the maximum number of readers, this toolkit is arranged thematically. We have grouped the case studies under the following themes:<\/p>\n
