Previous homeowners in the area include the extremely wealthy Sultan of Brunei and pop star Justin Bieber.<\/p>\n

\u2018The Towers’ is believed to have been owned originally by musician and actress Gracie Fields.<\/p>\n

It was then knocked down in the 1970s before the current version of the building took its place\u2026<\/p>\n

Despite the high value of properties on the road, a number of them have remained abandoned for decades..<\/p>\n
