Most of these training funds are levy-financed, meaning they are resourced by a levy on employers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026. It provides a comprehensive overview of how these schemes function, including governance, effectiveness, fund mobilization and experience as well as disbursement and allocation mechanism.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 The review also offers a set of general recommendations intended to inform country, cross-country and regional discussions.
