They also provide expert advice to the Heritage Fund on the diverse range of projects and applications we fund.<\/p>\n<p>Our register of consultants is\u00a0split into\u00a0four areas of expertise:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>heritage and culture construction project management<\/li>\n<li>business development and management<\/li>\n<li>public engagement with heritage<\/li>\n<li>natural environment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>What do they do?<\/h2>\n<p>RoSS consultants provide a range of services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monitoring support:\u00a0<\/strong>analysing risks, commenting on project plans, \u00a0reviewing budgets and progress against timescales and evaluating project impacts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mentoring support:<\/strong> helping grantees develop their project, support learning and development activities and overcome barriers during the delivery of their project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supporting Heritage Fund staff:\u00a0<\/strong>providing training and advice on specialist subjects.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grantee discussion sessions:\u00a0<\/strong>facilitating \u2018mini-surgeries\u2019 with grantees on various topics, such as volunteering.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Post completion and operational readiness reviews:\u00a0<\/strong>helping grantees understand the \u2018readiness\u2019 of projects to open to the public. Identifying post-completion risks and agreeing remedial actions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supporting our engagement work:\u00a0<\/strong>providing support to the Heritage Fund\u2019s Engagement teams, for example when mentoring and engaging under-served applicants.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Providing expert advice:\u00a0<\/strong>supporting the Heritage Fund\u2019s decision-making process by providing specialist advice on aspects of a project application.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Providing support to groups of grantees:\u00a0<\/strong>mentoring small groups of grantees, helping them to address challenges and encouraging them to network.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"align-right\" role=\"group\">\n<div class=\"embedded-entity\" data-embed-button=\"file_browser\" data-entity-embed-display=\"image:image\" data-entity-embed-display-settings=\"hlf_large Array\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"dcb825cc-c2ee-4adb-926d-673e94520eab\" data-langcode=\"en\"><\/div><figcaption><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Our current frameworks<\/h2>\n<p>The current framework started on 1 April\u00a02018 and will end on 31 March\u00a02024.<\/p>\n<p>We also have a framework specialising in digital heritage. This two-year framework started on 1 April\u00a02022 and will end on 31 March\u00a02024.
