text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u2026 strong push for top managerial roles\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Recent posts show a strong push for top managerial roles in building conservation charities, including Oxford Preservation Trust\u2019s Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Manager for Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust, with the V&amp;A Museum\u2019s Senior Estate Manager &amp; Estate Manager (Building Fabric) no less substantial given the\u00a0 global profile of the employer.<\/p>\n<p>Recent jobs are also varied.\u00a0 We have seen Cardiff University\u2019s call for a \u2018Building Conservation Teacher\u2019 and the Rural Buildings Manager for Lord Rayleigh\u2019s Farms Ltd, as well as Stephen Levrant\u2019s call for \u2018experienced\u2019 Conservation Architect and Heritage Consultant, all of which sits well beside Historic England\u2019s call for an Architect\/Surveyor (East of England).\u00a0 That last included an Assistant Listing Adviser, marking more of a mature skills set but probably still in an early career role.<\/p>\n<p>All also show well how a strategic posting of roles can add further value to the already cost-effective service offered by the <em>IHBC\u2019s Jobs etc<\/em> \u00a0service\u2019, as clearly no other career planning platform offers such a diverse but still relevant range of options for conservation practitioners and specialists seeking career change and progress.\u2019<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em><span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u2026public benefit and interest embodied in the IHBC\u2019s practice and ethical standard\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Non-profit and public services are naturally especially well aware of the public benefit and interest embodied in the IHBC\u2019s practice and ethical standards too.<\/p>\n<p>The variety is especially evident across such bodies and posts as the National Churches Trust seeking a Project Manager,\u00a0 Norwich Historic Churches Trust and their search for a Property and Conservation Manager; the Senior Conservation Officer and Conservation Officer roles at North Kesteven and Forest of Dean District Councils respectively.\u00a0 Different aspects of practice are evident too, such as the Deputy Team Leader (Placemaking) and Heritage Officer at Liverpool City Council and the City of Yorks&#8217;
