But it said Channel 4\u2019s decision to move its national headquarters to Leeds and uncertainty over the broadcaster\u2019s future ownership left the structure \u201cvulnerable to alteration or redevelopment\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Rogers Partnership director John Young led the design team for the \u00a338.5m building, which was completed in 1994.
