\u2018\u2026 an especially good model to structure locally delivered learning and CPD programmes\u2026\u2019<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n

Education Secretary Chris Woods said: \u2018The Branch should be both praised and congratulated for organising this innovative and well-received event.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018No less important is their success in getting such comprehensive feedback from delegates, which is so helpful and important to us all. This will lead to ongoing refinements and improvement there, while the IHBC\u2019s UK-wide Education Committee will also be able to use this to inform our wider plans.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018I am delighted to say that our new UK-wide Education Officer lead, Anna Hart, will be able to incorporate consideration of those results in our Committee planning for Branch and member support.\u2019<\/p>\n

WM Branch lead on the programme. Rachael Parry, Building Surveyor at the National Trust, said: \u2018I am very pleased that those who attended felt it was beneficial, there was a lot of time (and patience) that went into it from myself and the speakers.\u2019<\/p>\n

Anna Hart, IHBC\u2019s lead consultant supporting education and applications said: \u2018Ongoing learning and development is crucial to ensuring that our members feel able to make informed and confident decisions that both protect the significance of our valuable heritage and see it celebrated as a sustainable asset long into the future.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018With this Branch programmes so closely tied to our suite of \u2018Competences\u2019, it serves as an especially good model to structure locally delivered learning and CPD programmes.\u2019<\/p>\n
