Heritage specialist Purcell\u2019s proposals to restore, refurbish and extend a South Wales seaside pavilion are set to progress after the project was awarded \u00a318m in government funding.<\/p>\n

The practice\u2019s plans for the grade II-listed Grand Pavilion in Porthcawl are among 11 projects in Wales that won the backing of ministers for support from the second round of Levelling Up Fund cash….<\/p>\n
