We\u2019re delighted to welcome an enthusiastic new group of conservation professionals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Our 2023 Fellows are:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Jack Buchanan, Historic Environment Scotland stonemason, from Glasgow<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Daniel Cheetham, carpenter, millwright Fellow, from Market Rasen, Lincolnshire<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Kate Longworth, bricklayer, from Hull<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>James Osborne, blacksmith, from Shrewsbury<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Kate Longworth, SPAB Fellow says: \u201cTo be joining the long line of talented craftspeople who have undertaken the fellowship is a real privilege. I\u2019m really looking forward to broadening my experience and developing a thorough understanding of the principles and practicalities of building conservation, allowing me to make a meaningful contribution to the field.\u201d<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Our 2023 Scholars are:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Laura Brain, architectural assistant, from Nottingham<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Genevieve Gorham, architect, from Wantage<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Lewis Hobbs, architectural assistant, from Birmingham<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Fred Palmer, architectural assistant, from Malmesbury<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Laura Brain, SPAB Scholar says: &#8220;The SPAB scholarship feels like the gift of nine months &#8211; away from the screen, exploring some of the most interesting and unique buildings this country has to offer.
