\"\"The IHBC has posted new, and open Membership Application Training Event (MATE) sessions, with places at these 3-hour online accreditation guidance sessions offered on a \u2018first come\u2019 basis, with CPD certificates and 1-year \u2018taster\u2019 membership to non-members.<\/h3>\n

Ramona Usher, as IHBC\u2019s Professional Development Officer, leads the MATE programme for the IHBC with the assistance of colleagues and volunteers.<\/p>\n

Ramona said: \u2018Covid certainly presented a new way of working, but we found a virtual formula that worked and allowed us to \u2018meet\u2019 a wide range of members with delightful and varied backgrounds and experiences.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018I enjoy opening Context<\/em> and recognising names of MATE attendees who have been successful in their applications for Affiliate and Full membership.\u2019<\/p>\n
