The Heritage Fund writes:<\/p>\n
As a commitment made in our Strategic Funding Framework and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Business Support and Enterprise Development is designed to help the heritage sector become more robust, enterprising and forward looking\u2026.<\/p>\n
\u201c\u2026The new grants bring our investment in Business Support and Enterprise Development to over \u00a36m.<\/p>\n
\u201cWarm congratulations to all the heritage organisations who have led creative, flexible programmes of business support and enterprise throughout the pandemic,\u201d said Heritage Fund Policy Project Manager Liz Ellis.<\/p>\n

\u201cThanks to players of The National Lottery and the Heritage Fund, we have been able to provide vital support to 40 at-risk heritage organisations throughout Scotland,\u201d said Fiona Skiffington, Business Support Project Manager, Museums Galleries Scotland.<\/p>\n
\u201cThrough this extension, we look forward to continuing our work improving sector sustainability and supporting more organisations on their journey towards a resilient and thriving future.\u201d<\/p>\n
Our additional investment will support the seven programmes to continue to develop their work and to significantly increase the number of organisations they can help.<\/p>\n
Thrive Northern Ireland and Arts & Business NI partner on the Re:Model programme, which helps organisations in Northern Ireland create their own personalised change plan.<\/p>\n
WCVA and Cwmpas run Catalyst Cymru: Broadening Horizons, which helps micro to medium-sized heritage organisations across Wales become more resilient.<\/p>\n
Museums Galleries Scotland, Built Environment Forum Scotland and Greenspace Scotland run Surviving to Thriving, a resilience and leadership training programme working with heritage organisations across Scotland.<\/p>\n
Rebuilding Heritage is delivered by the Heritage Alliance, offering free one-to-one and small group support for UK heritage organisations and individuals.<\/p>\n
Heritage Compass is run by Cause 4 in partnership with the Arts Marketing Association and Creative United. This programme is designed to help small and medium-sized heritage organisations in England to be more resilient.<\/p>\n
Steps to Sustainability, run by Social Enterprise Academy, helps UK-wide organisations to strengthen their strategic leadership and income-generating skills.<\/p>\n
The School for Social Entrepreneurs, the Heritage Trust Network and the Architectural Heritage Fund run the Heritage Trade Up programme which supports heritage leaders to develop and strengthen their entrepreneurialism.<\/p>\n
