The guidance note is particularly relevant to conditions requiring adherence to approved drawings and confirms the legal position that only the written description is fundamental to a consent.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u2018If a condition attached to a consent requires adherence to approved drawings, then it&#8217;s the wording that contains the condition, not the drawing to which S.19 refers.
