\u2026 All IHBC categories of membership are welcome to book online to attend, but only accredited members (ie Full, Associates and Retired) are permitted to vote.<\/p>\n

Please note that we strongly recommend eligible members to submit proxies as soon as possible \u2013 even if you hope to attend \u2013 as it reduces our administrative costs and helps minimise technical issues on the day.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Short Proxy\u2019 form is simple to submit,\u00a0HERE<\/a>, and if needed can be withdrawn any time before the meeting starts with an email to myself at\u00a0admin@ihbc.org.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please note also that the reports in the AGM papers refer to business up to the previous AGM in December 2020, notably the financial year for 2019-20, but there will be updates and the opportunity for questions after the close of formal business, as well as at the\u00a0Council<\/a>\u00a0beforehand (details to be advised).<\/p>\n

Attendance at the AGM is free, but if you would like to make a donation to support the IHBC\u2019s core charitable operations through our\u00a0CREATIVE Conservation Fund<\/a>, you may do so\u00a0HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Given the strategic importance of our business to conservation practice in the UK,\u00a0IHBC CPD<\/a>\u00a0certificates will be available to attendees.<\/p>\n
