IHBC President Mike Brown said: \u2018As the nominations for trustee posts have now closed and trustee posts are available for all nominees, there will be no competitive elections in advance of their appointment at the AGM on 24 February.\u2019<\/h3>\n

\u2018I\u2019m delighted to thank those who have volunteered for these substantial public service roles as trustees and directors of the IHBC and look forward to working together as we move forward with the IHBC\u2019s modernisation.\u2019<\/h3>\n

IHBC Chair David McDonald said: \u2018I’d encourage all those members eligible to vote under the new Articles \u2013 our Full Members, Associates and Retired members \u2013 to arrange your vote by proxy in advance of the meeting, and make sure your voice is heard.\u00a0 Remember too, that if you change your mind, you can cancel the proxy any time before the meeting with a simple email to our office at admin@ihbc.org.uk<\/a>.\u2019<\/h3>\n

IHBC Director Se\u00e1n O\u2019Reilly said: \u2018Proxies \u2013 as early voting – help us all manage the democratic processes much more efficiently, and more cost-effectively, so we are especially grateful to all who make these arrangements.\u2019<\/h3>\n
