IHBC Chair, David McDonald welcomed the new public service saying: \u2018I am very pleased to endorse this new and valuable service from the IHBC.\u00a0 It will allow anyone to get free advice from our IHBC-quality assured HESPR practices, without obligation.\u00a0 A fifteen minute consultation may not provide the answers, but it will should point the enquirer in the right direction.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2026we will broadcast the service with all the enthusiasm we can muster\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n

\u2018From there, everyone is encouraged to take their query to HESPR companies, to get basic initial information and guidance.\u00a0 The HESPR member may answer the query completely, or point them towards better sources of information, including more relevant HESPR network members. When a question is too complex or detailed for this free service, the adviser will guide on where professional advice should help.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018Those looking for expert advice will now be able to contact HESPR companies direct and mention \u2018the HESPR free 15 minutes advice offer\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2018To find help through this scheme they can\u00a0search the HESPR entries<\/a>\u00a0and go from there direct to the HESPR company using the contact details listed.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018The HESPR company may not always be able to offer help or advice in which case\u00a0IHBC Enterprises<\/a>, a strategic member of HESPR, is available to direct enquirers to sources, solutions and advice, underpinning this free HESPR service.\u2019<\/p>\n

IHBC Director Sean O\u2019Reilly added: \u2018This new service has been conceived by the IHBC as part of its chartable operations, to help people get the best access to the best advice for their conservation needs.\u2019<\/p>\n
