IHBC Chair David McDonald said: \u2018The IHBC is delighted to offer this accessible and practical resource and service to both local and global COP26 networks, and help promote our message, that \u2018Conserving our Places Conserves our Planet<\/em>.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2026including programmed events \u2013 notably our\u00a0IHBC@COP26 Podcasts<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 videos, training and guidance\u2026<\/p>\n

IHBC Director Sean O\u2019Reilly said: \u2018Our \u2018Conservation Helpdesk+\u2019 is very exciting, as it will be open to anyone, anywhere, on each day of the COP26, and for as long as capacity allows.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018The \u2018Conservation Helpdesk+\u2019 advice sessions currently advertised \u2013 each day from 3PM to 8PM local times \u2013 will be extended as we gather in volunteers and partners hosting additional free programmes, such as dedicated climate-linked conservation advice, learning and networking opportunities.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018The \u2018Conservation Helpdesk+\u2019 can take queries any time too \u2013 even if it is not open formally or if we are occupied with other events.\u00a0 Simply use the platform chat, or email\u00a0ihbchelpdesk@ihbc.org.uk<\/a>\u00a0or hop on to social media using #IHBCHelpdesk and we\u2019ll pick them up.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018This means we\u2019re open to enquiries on all aspects of conserving buildings and places across the entire COP26 period, even when hosting feature and partner events.\u00a0 Of course that\u2019s because\u00a0\u2018Conserving our Places Conserves our Planet!\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2018We\u2019ll do our best to advise or re-direct on all relevant queries too, using the IHBC\u2019s entire network, so the\u00a0IHBC@COP26 Built and Historic Environment \u2018Conservation Helpdesk+\u2019<\/a>\u00a0can be a truly global and inclusive service!\u2019<\/p>\n
