Sandybay Associates of 91 Warren  Road, Donaghadee pleaded guilty at Newtownards Magistrates&#8217; Court to the  unauthorised works to a Grade B2 listed building at 33-35 New Road,  Donaghadee and was fined \u00a35,000 plus \u00a387 court costs.
