On 26 March the IHBC will host General Meeting from 1PM with updates on progress and plans and a crucial voting on a Special Resolution to clarify arrangements for \u2018virtual\u2019 General Meetings.<\/h3>\n

\u2026 vote in advance by proxy\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n

\u2026 All member categories are encouraged to attend\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n

Eligible members are asked to vote in advance by proxy \u2013 most simply using the familiar\u00a0SHORT PROXY FORM HERE<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 to ensure cost-effective and speedy progress into the Council meeting \u2013 our first under the new Articles \u2013 that follows, from c.1.45PM.<\/h3>\n

All member categories are encouraged to attend both events, but only eligible members are allowed to vote on the Special Resolution.<\/h3>\n

IHBC Chair David McDonald said: \u2018The General Meeting will clarify our capacity to work digitally with a vote adopting a constitutional amendment devised by our solicitors.\u00a0 Clearly that vote is very important to help us move past the pandemic successfully.\u2019<\/p>\n
